A listing consists of four parts:  (A) Mailing address of your program; (B)
Information about the university and your school or department (items 1-6);
(C) Information about your advertising or joint advertising/public relations
program (items 7-14 for AD AD/PR); (D) Information about your public
relations program (items 7-14 for PR).

Directory Listing Policy
     Advertising Education Publications (AEP) strives to provide accurate
listings so readers may rely on Directory information.  Each year, all known
programs are repeatedly asked to provide updated information.  The date the
information is supplied can be found in the italicized year following each
entry.
    The first year a program does not update, the previous year is shown in
parenthesis.
    The second year a program does not update, all information on the
program is deleted (but the numbers are included in aggregate totals) and a
two-year old parenthesis is shown.
    The third year a program does not update, the program is dropped from
the project.

    For example, in the upcoming 2005 edition, if no parenthesis is shown the
program provided current information.  If (2004) is shown, the program did
not provide an update for the 2005 edition and the data is a year old.  If
(2003) is shown (school name with no data entry), the program did not
provide an update for the last two years; all data is dropped.  If the
school does not update for the 2006 edition, the school is dropped from the
project (but will be asked to provide an update in following years).
