Steve's wife, Joanne, has a Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology and is employed by the Hattiesburg Public School District. His daughter Jocelyn, a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (GO HEELS!), has a master's degree in Geology from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and is a graduate student in environmental policy at Indiana University (go Hoosiers!). Stephanie is a graduate of the Mississippi School for Math and Science (go Beakers!) and is majoring in international policy at Hendrix College (go Warriors!).
