| I am an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am a faculty member in the Counseling Psychology Doctoral Program and the Counseling Psychology Master's Program. I regularly teach courses in vocational psychology, testing & assessment, and counseling practica. I completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Florida State University. I maintain a program of research in diverse areas of vocational psychology, career development, workplace issues, and assessment with a concentration on Holland's RIASEC theory and the Cognitive Information Processing Approach. In addition, I serve as the faculty advisor for the Psychology Club, which is an undergraduate club for all majors at USM.
